I would recommend the 5-1 if you have deeper cuts or larger items.
Ex. Half chicken

The 6-1 Xl is wider but it's a lot shallower and your meat may hit the splash guard.

I have the griddle version one of this which is basically the same thing with an extra parts for a griddle. I love the device. It works great but sometimes I do miss my barrel version of the ninja air fryer which was a lot faster to heat up and clean. This is a great price by the way.

Really hard to figure out the main differences between these models. Mostly I want to air fry and having the griddle is my preferred second feature. I hope major scratch and dent just means its factory ugly not used and abused.

Correct me if I'm reading this wrong but:
XL 6-in-1 and the 5-in-1 are basically the same: Both air fry and grill. Just one is bigger?

The 10-in-1 does NOT have a grill but can do pressure cooking and broil. Which is funny because at 2x the features for 10 vs 5 in one, it doesn't grill. Where's a feature chart when you need it? =D

None of these sous vide.

Woa! Good price. I believe one of the times these came up from Woot many people got very good quality items with minor dents that didn't affect anything. IIRC Some even said the grill plates were unused.

I got the XL last year and besides some minor scuffs on the outside it appeared new. Definitely a solid deal.

Dents , marks aren't issue... as Grease, chicken pieces are much more annoying

Bought the 551 new for almost $200 and love it so far. Make perfect steak.

My only issue complain so far: You know in PreSet mode you suppose to preheat to maximum and then it'll tell you when to put meat in and when to flip. However recently it takes forever to preheat to maximum. It was ok at first, but now it's just taking too long. I'm not sure which part is responsible for that

I have the XL 6in1 and love it for grilling w/o breaking out the grill. At this price its a no brainer. It replaced the toaster oven and air fryer at the same time. I got it new from costco buying this for my mom.
