It's Nintendo that's why. You can actually get both 1 and 2 for less than $5 for PC.

God, I loved these games so much on the Xbox! I've heard, though, these are fairly buggy ports. Sad that seems to be the case with so many classic ports to the Switch.

Same.. probably better to buy on android where the content mod can be sideloaded

Dang, kotor. All I can say is I'm so glad I experienced them back in the day. They were so magical. I don't know what was lost in time but it's sad to me that they haven't aged well. Why are they so pricey? They weren't remastered were they?

They are also available for mobile - great games for long flights that works 100% offline, can be paused whenever, etc.

Obviously it's totally personal preference, but I prefer to play games like this on PC. And of course any computer bought within the last 15 years will play these just fine. These games very regularly go on sale for 2.50-3.50 each on steam and GOG. I like that the Switch does ports of old games, but man I wish they were more reasonably priced

Oddly enough you can side load RC Mod for KOTOR 2 on IOS too. I was pleasantly surprised.

Like you, I also thought the game was magical when I played it. What part hasn't held up in your mind? Is it just graphics, mechanics, story..?

Havnt aged well, how? These games hold up amazing. They were revolutionary, best RPGs of all times category of discussion... they were then what Elden Ring is today
