I mean no disrespect to the posts regarding data being sent to China. That isn't my intention in case it comes off that way. Just sharing my experiences respsectfully. 30 years from now we will look back at how data wasn't protected and be amazed that there were no real teeth to the data privacy laws of the day.

You can get a regular "dumb" blood pressure monitor that will take and display your measurements in less than the time it would take you to do the phone dance. Yeah you'll have to write down the results yourself, but that's a small price to pay for privacy.
