Very below average battery. But with cool/practical features. I listen to podcasts while working, this is perfect for me. If you like bud live, you will like it.
I bought these twice. Once these refurbs. Once brand new. I ended up returning both. They are great if they meet your needs except for the battery life. It's truly pathetic.

What is the regular price for these? Looks like ebay disabled clicking on the Sold numbers which used to show the price sold before up to last 100 items.

Bought a pair of these last year to use while biking. They're perfect for that, but unless you need to hear what's going on around you while listening to them, I'd get something else.
They sound ok, zero bass, as you'd expect from something with tiny drivers with giant holes in them.
I have these right now and use them for podcasts. I think they are great for that use case while walking through a store or somewhere you might want to be aware of your surroundings.
The biggest negative for me is the track skipping, pausing, etc. when I'm chewing something crunchy like chips or peanuts.

That's basically the pitch and use case for these, the ability to hear ambient sound along with whatever you're listening to. If you don't want or need to hear the ambient sound, then you're using the wrong set of headphones.
I bought a pair during the last time these were up for sale. They're pretty good for what they are. I use them when I'm boating so I can take phone calls but not worry about drowning out sounds around me, and they do a great job for that. I didn't find the bass quite as bad as you (comes with a nifty EQ app), but the battery life isn't the greatest due to how they're laid out.
As that segment of headphones go (I've used these and the conductive ones that don't go over your ears), they're pretty good. If you don't need to hear the noise around you though, look elsewhere.
I wanted to like these. The battery life is fine, the sound is good, they're comfortable. But the right earbud wouldn't stay in, no matter what I tried - kept falling out. I'll keep looking for this style of earbuds though.

Probably something like $100-$120. The best sale price I saw before this was about $65
In for a pair. I had these for cycling and they were absolute perfect for ambient background music, but still able to have conversations and hear all surroundings. Did have one fall out on the road and finding an "asphalt" colored bud on the actual asphalt proved impossible. Honestly so comfortable I didn't even realize it had fallen out when I didn't have the music playing. I got mine refurbished before and they didn't come with all the wing sizes, including the one I probably needed, so I'm chalking it falling out up to that. Did only happen twice out of maybe 50 times wearing. Don't get loud enough for listening to podcasts or audiobooks, but great for music with the expectation of not much bass. Super solid if you fit the niche use case. Agree with others that battery life is meh.
Any side sleepers would recommend those earbuds? I read on scarbir reviews that those are comfy to wear while sleeping but it didn't mention if it includes side sleeping too, so I just wanna confirm if anyone here knows...
I currently have Samsung earbuds pro 2, they are compact in size but they still bother me.

it was weird and kind of nice the one time I used them to bike to work instead of using my right side only on the Jabra 75t
