Avoid Joe's — I did at least a dozen orders with them, but the most recent one it became clear that they're no longer just an official outlet, they're just part of NB. Shoe doesn't fit? You're on your own to return it (even Columbia and others provide a label and have a flat fee). I returned 3 pairs and it was over $20, then they wouldn't honor the coupon code I used, just so I could do an exchange for another size.
It took 4 calls and 2 supervisors just to break even (less shipping, of course).
If you know the style and size exactly, go nuts. But this is not the vendor for trying things out.
Exactly I am also in the same boat, ordered a shoe in my regular size and it is loose in my heel. I did not read fine print and for return I have to pay from my pocket. Better to avoid or unless you tried NB and pretty sure about the size. Even for exchange also we have to pay.
Yeah horrible experience with Joe's on eBay…. Took me a few weeks to iron it all out just to get my shipping fees waived

I bought a pair few months ago for less than $40 and the sale was from NB. These are very comfortable and durable when compared to the expensive Nike sneakers.
For all these people complaining about return shipping fees.... It's great for us if a company offers it, but why should it be expected and make trashing JNBO acceptable? So you expect them to ship the shoes for free and then pay to have them returned if they don't fit as expected? You are able to sit in your house and have the convenience of having shoes mailed to your door, but it should be the companies responsibility to pay to have them returned if you don't like them when they arrive? This is the risk one takes by not going to a brick and mortar and trying the shoes on before buying them (remember when this was how buying shoes was done?). Shipping is expensive (especially now). It isn't as if JNBO gets UPS to ship items for nothing, and yet people want to be able to have shoes shipped to their house for free and then have zero financial costs to return them when they don't work out. I am seeing a serious lack of understanding here...

Exactly but whiners and socialists expect everything for free.

The thing people complain (more like a head up) is not about free returns but all about NB took over JNBO and changed the free return policy, and not many people read the fine print and assume the same old JNBO.
Thanks to people who letting me know the return policy changed.

I used pirate ship dot com to ship my pair back to save on shipping.
