As for the treadmill itself, it's been working great for our needs. The speed for running is limited. I max out the speed when I'm running and it probably gets me at around a 10min/mile pace maybe a little slower. Keep in mind this does not have any incline settings. It's just flat. I would not count on customer support. I've heard it's non-existent.
I am mostly worried about when the remote would eventually wear down or break. i've heard it's nearly impossible to get a replacement. However, after seeing this deal I saw they have an app control feature. I downloaded the app and was pleasantly surprised to see that it works on our older model treadmill! So big thumbs up to this deal post for bringing the app to my attention. now I can control the treadmill through my phone as a backup. Not the ideal way to control it, but now i have the option and solution if the remote ever dies.
Keeping those things in mind, we have been happy with ours. It stores away neatly under our guest futon when not in use which is huge for us since our space is limited. We normally jog outside, but this is great when you're in a time pinch or when the weather is bad.
