Anyone gone on a cruise before know if there are any other costs associated? The price here covers fare, taxes, and fees. Any others like forced tips, resort fees, and such?

Lol. These are the exact same "hurry before they're GONE" deals they have every month that are not super rare nor exclusive. Just a heads up for anyone not familiar with their practices feeling FOMO from their marketing tactics. Love Royal, but this is not a slickdeal by any means...

Price includes fare and taxes/port fees. Gratuities are extra and can be paid ahead of time when booking or at the end of your cruise.

You're always gonna pay port fees and such, but another (not as optional as they'd have you believe) fee to consider would be pre-paid gratuities. These can be paid before or at the very end of the cruise. The costs vary depending on the length of your cruise, the type of room (like suit vs. regular cabins), and are per person. A 1 week cruise for 2 can get close to $200 extra on top of the fare and port fees.

Then there's tips. You're already tipping before or at the end (unless you really had an awful experience and ask CS to remove it, which would be unfair to the hardworking crew members in most circumstances). However, for better or worse, you want cash in hand to tip people like your room Steward, bar tenders (especially if you plan on vising them frequently through the trip), and any other crew deserving of a little extra. The prepaid gratuities get split among crew, so this would ensure money is going directly to the folks you think deserve it. I'm not going to get into the morals of tipping here, but you just use your discretion.

Might be missing something, but these are more or less the "shadow costs" of cruising that you don't see upfront. There's a whole lot of a la carte like excursions (usually a ripoff bought directly from the cruise line), photo packages, dining packages, activities, WiFi packages, etc. to consider, but that aren't mandatory.

After the cost you pay when booking the only additional costs we had were for speciality restaurants and they also charge a daily gratuity to your room (which can be changed or removed completely if you want). No other fees on my trip

Your cruise experience will be largely dependent on the treatment you get from the (cruise hospitality) crew. If you treat them well, they surely will return the favor and treat you like royalty.
This last cruise we were just on, this older couple were demanding immediate service and were downright rude to the waitress. The waitress would always attend to us first because we got to know her and always tipped her (minimally) every time.
Please don't skimp on the gratuity and tips. The crew makes a little over $1.1K a month and they rely heavily on your tips. They work 13 hours/day with NO days off! If they are on an 8-month contract, they work until then. That is why they are all from other countries not the US. They have a saying "Every night is Friday night and every morning is Monday!"

I've done more than 50 cruises on Royal Caribbean over the last couple of decades, and they have a good product that suits me. Having said that, their "sales" are bogus .. every dang day is pretty much the same "sale", and they adjust prices dynamically, so there really isn't much of a "sale" ever.

That said, if you want to save money on a cruise, take a cruise when no one else wants to. For example, the first two weeks in December are the cheapest of the year to cruise. The last two weeks of December are the most expensive.

Other than cruise plum, where's a good place to see if it's really a deal or "normal sales price"

Shop around other cruise websites, you usually get special bonuses for as well as a cheaper price than directly on RC. I was on Oasis 3 months before Covid hit, 2 months after the ship had been refurbished, was a total blast, cannot wait to get back on a big ship.

btw, this is the same deal they always run.
