Compared to the $1229 front page deal for the HP Envy at Amazon, this has:
64GB of ram vs 16GB
i7-12700K vs i9-12900
extra 1TB hardrive
The CPU speeds would be very similar [cpubenchmark.net] if the cooling and power are the standard limits. The i7 is a K version so its standard limit is 125W which is higher than the i9 non-K at 65w.
Looks like you can add a 120mm fan for better cooling according to HP [hp.com]. That link also shows that the Omen 25L case is similar to the Envy but has a glass side.

Depends on how much you wanna pay. If your budget is around the price of this computer, then you might have to wait for the 14th gen to come out before the 13th gen goes on clearance.
