I don't know that they expire, but even if the codes do, you can just buy another one the following month. You gotta add the new code monthly anyway. Difference is $23 vs $3 for 3 months for the same service. The monthly codes have also never went over $2. Actually they've went down in price over time. They used to be around $1.80.
