Reset method: When the strip lights are powered on, press the middle button on control box four times while holding down the power button.
I thought I was going to have to send them in, but this seemed to do the trick! It's been about a month now, and the issue hasn't reoccurred
'product does remember the last position you had it set to when you get in your car. It does change in a few colors before the color you want just to configure but it takes like 3 seconds'...By James on September 5, 2022
