I'm an old schooler who still listens to CD's (anyone else do that anymore?) and found this Lynyrd Skynyrd "best of" album at a great price. If you're a fan of classic rock, jump quickly to get this before the super low price goes away. Happy listening!

No Skynrd "Best of" is complete without Simple Man.
So true and I'll 'second that'.
On a personal note, I was only 15 minutes south of the crash site, just over the MS/LA border when a rescue squad acquaintance with us received the call for a "plane crash" and he quickly departed, en route to the location.
How little did we know that it would turn out to be Lynyrd Skynyrd band's plane and we didn't discover that until he returned late that evening and told us.
We were all in shock.
"Serious fans will want something more extensive, but this is an excellent introduction for neophytes and a great sampler for casual fans, considering its length and price. That doesn't erase the ridiculousness of the series title, but the silliness is excusable when the music and the collections are good."
