Sorry guys, I wasn't clear. I got the SFF and not MFF.
I installed a Radeon Rx6400 GPU in an Optiplex 3070 sff I got a month or so ago. There are also single slot Rtx 1650s, but depending on what CPU is installed there maybe a power draw issue. Most of the SFFs come with a 200 watt psu, some have a 240 watt psu.
You'll have to check what psu you have and find a single slot card that requires no PCIe power connectors and only draws the 75 watts the slot provides.
I put the entire thing in a backpack and carried it on a plane while I was on a work trip for a month or so. Worked pretty good for the 1080p 60hz TV in the hotel room. my 3070 has an i7-8700, I installed an aftermarket low profile tower cooler to replace the built in blower style cooler. I cut a hole above the CPU cooler 120mm fan on the side panel and modified a new intake with a filter/grill. I also installed an 80mm noctua fan as an intake.

RTX A2000
There are lots of lesser options, but they're mostly ultra low end or ancient.
Plan to do a power supply swap for my sff. But need to get a power adapter for it
