Just a warning: I've bought my children hundreds of dollars of Roblox gift cards over the years. My son's account was recently banned. He had no idea why. He tried appealing the ban, and I tried talking with anyone at the company. We left messages, sent emails. 0 communication back. There is no way to talk with anyone over there, and in looking online it seems that this is a pretty common problem. Bans out of nowhere with no recourse or customer service at all. I wish I had known this about the company before I spent so much on giftcards.

Have him try to login again after 7/10/14 days. Had a similar situation and actually got a response. Their bans are typically temporary.

Inversely, my kid recently locked his account and it was linked to an unknown/old parental account that we couldn't access. I submitted a support ticket, they reset and relinked it to my email, and he was back into his account within 24hr. Obviously different than a false ban, but just offering some hope! Godspeed!
