I think 20000mAh may actually be the limit for the FAA, if you're basing it on 5v operation.

The point is if its too high, it won't be safe. And more importantly you cannot bring it on the plan if the capacity exceeds 27000k mah.

i don't think you'll ever see anything above 30k, i believe that's over the FAA limit for batteries
