Bayside Mesh Office Chair at Costco. Both the seat and back are mesh. Armrest were soft and comfortable as well.
Costco online shows on sale for $99.99 but my local store has it for $89.99.

I had one before. its mesh starts to become soft/strached after about 3 months of use. (i do sit on it about 8-12 hrs a day. I am 6' and 170lbs)

Just bought it yesterday
Its taller than my old one and has nicer lumbar support. Hopefully it lasts

I have had the previous two versions of this chair and it is an excellent value for the money. Just make sure you tighten things up every so often. The mesh on the current version I have softened in one area of the seat but this is with constant use over the past 3-4 years.
