I already own 2x 16gb of these. Jeez at this price I might buy another set of gray ones just to fill out my board's ram slots and have 64 GB of ram for no actual reason!
I hear those Anus boards only have one slot though.

I bought this memory 2x8 when i built 3700x with Anus 550 board from MC deal. Wish i waited for this. Seems like good memory. I wish i could get this for virtual machine and android emulators.

Better timing, but at slower data-rate/frequency.

Between 3200 CL16 (your link) and 3600 CL18 (OP), the 3600 is going to be better on AMD systems because it will speed up infinity fabric as well. On Intel it won't matter as much, but the downgraded data throughput negates the bump in timing. So at best it's a wash, if not still slightly slower.

Oh shoot, didn't even notice it was 3600

Happens to all of us every now and then.

That's a decent price on the SP kit, but people using Zen 2 or 3 should really aim for 3600 for best user-friendly performance.

Or get into the headache inducing never-ending list of darn-near identical acronyms that is known as RAM overclocking if you want best possible performance. LOL, good luck finding a B-die kit or whatever Hynix or Micron equivalents there once were. Everyone's moved their top tier fabs to DDR5.

Pretty soon, CL22 will be the only choices for new DDR4. You can still find 3600 CL16, but it ain't cheap, and probably never will be. CL14 has been ghost for a while. I have mixed feelings about this point in RAM generation lifecycle. At one end, you get some good deals, on the other end, you realize it won't be too long and the only new stuff for this generation you'll be able to buy will be garbage.

i bought the 3200 CL16s this January along with a 7900xtx OC and last week just bought a arctic AIO. Trying to get another 3 years out of this CPU/MOBO/Case/SSD/PSU before a complete upgrade

I was looking at a 3600 CL16 kit for $95, but I couldn't get myself to pull the trigger. The OP was good enough at the right price.

Upgrading my AM4 system a little. Already did a jump from R7 2700 to a 5700X a week or two back. Now this RAM should bump it up a little more, replacing my old 3200 CL18 kit. I'll find another use for the older kit.
