Another issue. Sierra is reseller. So do not expect the shoes shipped from the warehouse. They will be shipped from the actual Sierra store. In many cases they are floor samples. I asked customer service and they told me they do not guarantee original packaging. The shoes could be shipped in generic plastic bags. Do not order if it's a gift.

I ordered 4 shoes last year from Sierra. They all came in original boxes and in new condition.
Most likely but it can't be guaranteed. There's loads of HOKA counterfeits on AliExpress that look spot on identical to real HOKA models.
