Having installed a drip irrigation last summer myself… the pro told me on the phone that you can just fold the ends and use electrical tape

You can do that, but you can also remove the emitter line completely and use these to plug the drip line so it's not so messy

Did a 350ft drip irrigation system for a 80 plant wedge line and i used 1 of these lol. and really only because i messed up the hole punch on the main line.

I will say I haven't lost a single bush with this set up. Its been great. I used this same brand.
