You can find extensive discussion here and online, but it boils down to:
Lithium Ion: Cheaper, more energy dense (same capacity unit will be lighter), about 500 cycles result in 80% capacity remaining.
LiFePo4: Heavier, costlier, new tech, significantly more recharge cycles to reach 80% capacity (2000-5000 usually).
If you are interested in occasional use, and portability (camping) go with Li Ion, if you want regular daily use, go for LiFePo4.
Do note, that using the older model once a week, every week, would take you 10 years to reach the 500 cycle rating at 80%.

You mean a regular home refrigerator? See manufacturer website. I bought it for an Iceco VL45 portable single zone 12V refrigerator and it should hold between 2-3 days.
I use my Delta MAX to run my fridge (Bespoke 3 door) in between my generator during extended outages. When the compressor kicks on it draws about 300w, idle around 25w. So I average about 1.5-2kWh every 24hrs.
