Was thinking to get good blinds to help lower the cost of heating and cooling the house down. Any recommendations or tips for the best way to do this?
Friend of mine was saying to put a UV blocking film on the windows to stop the sun heating up the room in summer. Just worried it will not let the sun warm up the house in the winter. Maybe blinds are a better solution?

These are all great ways to keep a room cool especially during summer, for these curtains in particular I can speak to them as I have them for each room of the house. They do great in keeping the room much cooler, they also do a great job of keeping the light out. Smilie
