    Frankly this is worth about 12$. Certainly not 40$. If one needs something for lots of travel or rigged use it's probably buy it. For such a limited use case 12$ seems about right

    Read the reviews on this case, I was about to buy it but many buyers say that the clasp breaks, going to pass on this now. Case mate (owns pelican) products are hit or miss for sure

    i like to snowboard with mine that said id rather put them in a case then a zip pocket if not using them so rain/snow shouldnt hit the case

    Honestly I don't hate this, but what I don't understand is why anyone would clip AirPods and let them dangle off of their bag or purse or whatever. I'm just too afraid for them to break off and get lost… like… just put them in your bag and keep them safe, I don't get why people do this, especially when they're obviously there to get stolen.

    I've been using a latched case for my AirPods Pro ever since they popped open in my backpack, connected to my phone, and drained my batteries. For me, it's about having that latch, not so much protecting them.
