My main concern is whether the battery has passed intentional tests. I am afraid the battery would explode.
However, this issue isn't just isolated to this brand. It is the same for all Chinese brands where they just sell the bike then there is no after sale services. Even the $2000 bikes from mokwheel, you will find yourself in difficult position.
Honestly, you won't find any e-bike for $700 in this specification
