They appear to be using Google Analytics to collect anonymized data. In addition, they collect Apache Webserver logs.
As seems to be the case with most US-based services, the Terms of Service is full of legalese protecting the company from liability and binding the user to the terms of the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
It would be helpful if the company provided more details on the data it collects, including how long it retains such data. This is particularly important in light of where the company is based.
Based in the US (bad privacy jurisdiction).

It's about $200 for 2 years before discount so about $30/year after discount.
I'm midway through my 2 years under a 55% discount code. I was able to get the 70% discount by opening a ticket. Requirement was to renew early before code expires so they issued a early renewal invoice for me to pay. Now all future renewals is 70% off.

Did you benchmark the difference you saw once you added the streaming option to Torguard?
Speeds are pretty slow though, torrents are ok but any kind of videos are pretty slow and will often default to 480-720p. They occasionally have trouble connecting to servers. It doesn't shut down correctly when you shut down Windows and throws a bunch of errors preventing shufdown, I contacted their support, they don't give a sht. Every time I launch it it throws errors about being unable to retrive some proxy list or smth, again CS is pretty much useless so I just ignore it. All these issues been persisting for years for me with all their versions. Kind of 3rd world programming I'd say.
I rarely torrent anything so its value is pretty small to me, I just bought it with a lifetime 50% off discount so I keep it. It aint bad but aint great either.
But with discount I would still recommend it. Gets the job done.

Hello - please refer to the following Torguard blog entry regarding this issue:

Note that the block only applies to our US based servers - all non-US based server ranges are still fine for this purpose.
Kind regards
