Had two and both broke when dropped from toddler height. Bottle cracked on one and the lid broke on the other. Both less than 6 months of use.

If you have young kids, they might bite through the straw/mouthpiece and you're out of luck. Not to mention tons of hard-to-reach crevices that can be viable regions for gunk buildup that may require a triangle screw bit to undo to properly reach and clean. Even with a pipe cleaner their straw/mouthpiece assembly sometimes have odd angles that most pipe cleaner brushes can't reach.
Until they start making the lids and/or mouthpieces available I am no longer buying their products.
The rubber that bends below the mouth piece eventually tears and prevents you from sucking up the liquid, sucking up air instead. We've called them to complain and they've sent replacement bottles (after a lot of arguing) and said they wouldn't replace them again.
Our kid loves these bottles though. We just know when he says he's not getting any water, we have to throw out the top and get a new one.
