I have had one (or two) of these every day for the past 3+ years except a few months when there was a global shortage.

I can say with certainty that this has not given me GERD or caused weird lasting tastes for me, and on the rare nonwork days when I forget my energy drink, my wife looks at me around 11AM with irritation and asks if I have had any caffeine today.

This is a marriage saver if you hate coffee (as I do).

BTW, I don't like the sparkling or Peach/Mango, but the other 3 flavors are great, and I surprisingly like them either chilled or room temperature.

Fyi 100mg of caffeine is what you're noticing. You can drink water and take the pill at 11am and feel exactly the same. The added vitamins and electrolytes in energy drinks is nice but just eat right and you'll feel the same.

Creatine, multi vitamins (I like the gummies), and probiotics (anything that is fresh on the shelf). I also overload on vitamin D3 a few times a week. Oh and ammino acid powder.. like the workout blend stuff I get at walgreens.

Unsweetened tea is just gross. Overly sweetened tea is just gross as well.

Doesn't McD have both sweetened and unsweetened iced tea? That's the way to do it because it allows people to decide on an individual basis the level of sweetness by blending them together.
