A word of warning, from my experience having purchased Babylon 5, if there is an HD remaster of Voyager and DS9, you will not be upgraded to it unlike similar upgrades for movies. If you want to watch these shows, you can subscribe to Paramount Plus and watch all of them. I do own all the TNG, Ent and TOS, all in HD and they are great.

forgot they were on paramount+. ive been chomping at the bit to get ds9 and voy. i have everything else on vudu, but havent been able to do a watchthrough of those in a while. P+, even with commercials, should hold me over.
I just can't bring myself to spend money on digital content that, in the end, I don't really own. I did it once with Google Music and, when they decided to shut down, I lost access to all the music I bought and supposedly "owned".

There's always the option to purchase a copy to support the creatives (and make it easy to watch anywhere) and then sail the high seas for a backup.

Streaming is also hassle free. I started DS9 last year on DVD and was annoyed by my Bluray player not returning to the scene I turned it off. Itunes is so much easier to handle

Google Music let you download a DRM-free 320 kbps mp3 of all purchase. On you for not doing that.

There will probably never be an HD remaster for either as it will too expensive (they will need to recreate space scenes in HD, etc):
I wish there was a TVAnywhere like MoviesAnywhere. I keep forgetting where I've purchase which show and it's getting very tedious to find them to watch.
I hate using iTunes for movies and shows. It's just a mess to find things for me.
Someone should find a way to create an app that combines all our owned content in one place. hmmm my wife is learning coding, maybe she can try something for a portfolio at least.
