In store only. The app doesn't have a space to enter a code. The code "LABORDAY" is for the store cashier to use, so let them know if they have trouble using the coupon.

I go there for a sandwich, not a donation. I didn't even know they donated to Firefighters. Theh just make good sandwich and that's only reason why I go there.

Not sure where else to put this but want to vent...

Didn't get my b-day sub last month. I did have 10K points in my account (mostly from those promo codes months ago) and used it in an order last month. Never got 8K points or the free medium sub w/ purchase offer, though. Hadn't changed any info in my account and have had no issues for years.

Messaged support over two weeks ago, they said they'd credit 8K points. Never showed up. Replied to that ticket after about 7 business days, no response. Submitted another request referencing the first ticket a few days ago, no response.

I'm guessing they're ignoring me b/c they saw I used points on an order last month, but again those points were accumulated many months prior and using them wouldn't interfere with the b-day offer. Nothing in the terms says you don't get the b-day sub if you have X points or have placed an order using Y points in the past Z days.

Going to submit a BBB complaint soon... after Firehouse raises the redemption amounts for free items, so BBB hopefully prevents them just giving 8K points when a medium sub will actually cost 12K points. Petty? Maybe.

I don't know why the b-day offer didn't credit. Haven't abused their rewards, had multiple accounts, or anything like that. I'm an infrequent paying customer. Annoyed they've just ignored me since the original response that told me the points would credit within a few days.
