DOOM 2016 is a lot of fun. If you're finding it too hard, you just need to change your mindset. DOOM is like the movie Speed. You stop running during big fights, you're gonna die. You're not playing this for the story, you're playing this for high paced FPS action.
Dishonored is great, but it does suffer from "if you want the good ending you can't use half the capabilities of your character" which is kind of annoying but I prefer doing the stealth approach when I can anyways.
Wolfenstein Young Blood was buggy AF. Tried playing with a friend, could not get co-op to work and it's a game designed for co-op. We looked up all the info we could online but nothing we could find could make it work. All the reviews are very negative too so no big loss for us.
Wolfenstein New Order was fun as well as the sequel which I don't see on sale here.
Rage... to be honest kind of sucks, but it's fun enough if you can get it for really cheap. I got it for cheap and it was worth it for the few bucks I spent but there's much better games to play.
I haven't really played much Fallout Classic, but realize that it's randomly very unforgiving. One of the first random battles I got put in (I mean at level 2) was a battle that was literally impossible for me to win (I couldn't beat even one of those enemies and they put me against like 4-5 of them) and didn't allow me to run. (Insert "Guess I'll die now" meme). So remember these games were designed with the much less forgiving attitude.
Haven't played the others.

Wolfenstein: The New Order - Read above - Plays great on Steam Deck.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion GOTY - Sorry, I just don't see what people like about this game as it was janky 15 years ago - Plays great on Steam Deck though
Quake - Come on, do you really need me to explain Q1?
Quake 4 - Still plays well, like a knock off of Doom 3 but not nearly as good. I did not bother finishing recently. Given away free last month on Amazon. Plays great on Steam Deck.
DOOM 3 - Epic game, I like the BFG edition but you'll see a lot of hate because of the "fLaSh LiGht." Plays great on Steam Deck.
DOOM 2016 - Great game but very fantric like someone mentioned above. Very different type of shooter. I did not like the jumping / platforming parts of the game.
Or are they all single player games?
