Unpopular or not, I believe this is still a Slick Deal and they'll be a welcome upgrade over my Def Tech Studio Monitor 55 speakers!

It isn't odd. It is a promo price that you only get from their email deals, so you either need the direct email deal or you get it from an affiliate like slickdeals. How it has been for many years. If you examine the full link you will see what I am talking about.

It is actually more odd that your username is slickdealer617 and you have been a member almost 20 years and this is the first you are hearing of this 😉

I thought so. I was on mobile and was out. Inspecting the URL on mobile is a little bit of a pain, so I assumed it was a special link or some kind of promo. Thank you for confirming, though!

This seems to be regular price. These speakers have been on slickdeals for months with no interest from anyone

Yeah they tried to pair this with the Denon receiver as well but still wasn't worth the price.
