It almost certainly won't. 100W cables should be assumed to be USB2.0 until stated otherwise, for USB-C data connections you'd probably want something with at least the USB 3.1 spec though ideally thunderbolt 3 and above.

i literally have no need for another usb-c to usb-c cable. Bought it anyway cause, fuggit it's only $5 and it's LONG.

At least MFi keeps some people from using cheap gas station cables that will kill their phone.
