EDIT: I did a quick search and it looks like RAM isn't upgradable. SSD supposedly has to be the same kind.

It's already mentioned that memory is soldered. However, SSD is swappable.

I had better specs a decade ago. I see refurbished Dell laptops on Slickdeals recently with 16gb ram +512gb ssd for ~$200.
A machine this poorly spec'ed is pretty much ewaste. Especially at the higher than average price it's commanding.
