FYI pretty much every study has shown that 1-3mg of Melatonin *at most* is the optimal dose. Something to think about, though you know your own body best.

Those who are looking for Melatonin, BOGO offer is on 120 Ct. But 240 Ct is a lot more cheaper. For couple of cents extra, you can get 240 ct. I also got 45% off Coupon on my first S&S (May be YMMW). So for $4.86, managed to get 240 Ct 3 mg.

The 240-ct Melatonin is MUCH cheaper when you buy just 1 and use the 40% coupon
