I got the camo one in store for $85. It's decently made and works well. I wish the arms had heat but I think the idea is heating your core. The battery is at your left back hip so it's a like awkward while driving so I usually move it to the front left pocket. There's enough slack in the cord thankfully
Has its own pocket on backside of jacket on one side. You can relocate it to any other pocket as all pockets are setup to have a pass through charge cord to the charger for charging your phone and using the heater vest at the same time on the same battery.
I wonder if these are any better than the cheap Ali express usb heated vests. Those seem to work fine with a coat over it. The dangling battery is annoying though. I wonder where the big hart battery is stored on these as I couldn't imagine walking with it constantly hitting your side.

Do you use the 1.5Ah battery or a larger one?

The 1.5Ah is fairly compact and the pocket keeps it secure. I wasn't impressed with the cheap heated vest I bought last year. This HART jacket does have zone heating, can hold up to washing and comes with a one year jacket warranty/ three year battery warranty while in the same price range as lesser quality non-branded items. The ability to charge your phone while using the jacket may be handy for some people as well.
Also, the HART sizing runs true for the US market. Some of the Chinese sizing conversions are hit or miss.

Seems ebay has the upgraded 4Ah battery for under $40.00 which might be worth it for the extra heating time. This package comes with a 1.5Ah battery, for the ones picking this up.

You can also get one of their combo deals and get a drill or blower and a battery if a tool charger and battery are better deal. You get more with a combo drill batt charger deal. Though the 4.0ah would come with the blower. Be warned though the weight difference is noticable when moving to a 4ah. I recommend another 1.5ah. They last about 8hrs on low setting. Which is plenty unless it's very very cold.
