Game was bashed in original reviews as it had to top a giant and tried new ideas but I keep finding myself coming back to it as just a way to relax and explore. Utterly brilliant and $2 well spent.

I picked this up for $20 while it was getting review bashed because I enjoyed the first one a lot, and I wasn't disappointed. For $2, this is a definite buy.

For those who haven't played the series and get vertigo or motion sickness from first person view, this game probably won't do you any favors.

The first game was so much better. This one crushed any hopes of becoming a real series.

Big fan of the first game and I felt this one built upon it. I enjoyed it a lot. Too bad they'll never come out with a third game to finish the story.

The first game was experimental and dull in terms of story depth, but what made it great was the unique parkour gameplay, simple but thrilling story with twists. Visuals were simple and conceptual. With catalyst, they wanted to add flesh to the game by focusing on story and open world mechanics but it kind of killed the fantasy because of its basic story telling and lacking a memorable main story. I wish they kept the story telling the same as the first game. Regardless, it is a game with unique gameplay and it is hard to top a masterpiece (1st game) so, it is still an awesome and unique game. Maybe forget about people reminiscing the first game (like me) and play this your own way. At two dollars, it is almost like a giveaway.

It appears it's 2 dollars because the online features are being discontinued on December 8th. Anyone know if the online content is a requirement to play the game?

There 8s a phone app for this game that acts as an interactive map. You dont kearn about it until the credits. Its super helpful as you can place a waypoint in the app and it shows up in game.

1st game was amazing!
I remember it gave PC hardware a run for its money when it 1st came out and you wanted max settings. It made use of Nvidia PhysX, and a few other techs.

I never played the 2nd one, due to the reviews at the time. But for $2, I'll give it a go!

Story wise yes. You can pick this up and run it without prior knowledge to the characters

The funny thing is that this game was them trying to make all the critics happy. The removed the guns, made it free roam, all of it. I think people who liked the first game probably by nature wouldn't like the second.

People have tried it and there's a game like it for VR. Absolute vomit machine, you don't want it. It is too good and tricks your mind into serious vertigo.
