Bought the Q Revo a few months ago when it was on sale for $800 and it is completely worth it in my opinion. We moved into a home with hardwood floors and we run it every two days. It does a fantastic job picking up regular dust and sweeps pretty well into the corners. The lidar and tracking system is very accurate and you can even program it to clean in the same orientation as your hardwood floors per each room. I especially like that it vacuums and mops in hard to reach places like under the bed and couch.
We do spend about 3 mins in the morning picking things off the ground so the Revo can do a thorough job cleaning the rooms. We have yet to change the vacuum bag and adding more water and dumping the dirty water is done about once a week. We can tell that the mopping function is doing its job well because before the used water used to be pretty dirty, but quickly it's turned into just slightly murky water due to its constant use. Once a month or two months it notifies you that the cleaning/drying tray should be cleaned, which is just running it through water.
What I don't like about it is that it doesn't do a good job tracking cords and sometimes gets caught up and stops. We've fixed that problem by taping the cords to the walls.
Can we do a better job vacuuming and mopping manually? Of course... But we don't clean every two days and with both parents working and having a 2.5 yo child, the revo has been very helpful to our family.
I'm looking to get the Q5+ for my mother-in-law. I thought about the Q5 Pro+ but I think for the $100 difference the Mopping (passive) probably isn't worth it. Thoughts? For the same money I think I can get the Q7 Max+. Better direction?
The S7 I have is great and avoids lots of things. The mopping feature is worth it if the dock manages the water. I like it so much I may buy the newer model that also dispenses detergent. I'm thinking of adding a splash of hydrogen peroxide to prevent mold build up.

I personally have the S7 and really like it. I ended up getting the Q7 Max for her and it works great for what she wants it to be. Mostly vacuuming and perhaps a mopping (very rarely)
