I track zenni prices. They stay consistent through the year. The deal is one of the rare times they do go on sale.
Probably raised prices 40% before the sale. I will say though that their stuff works and is way cheaper than any brick and mortar store.

I hope so, I heard about this just now from a friend after my optometrist is closed. Just want to make sure my prescription listed on the site is up to date.
It's 25% off now.

I was monitoring this since before BF. The code earlybf23 took off 30%. Then bf23 downgraded to 25% below $80 and 30% above $80. Now it got downgraded again.

That said, I got a titanium half frame (my 4th of this frame) and Block transition and it came to just above the limit for the 25% discount using cm23. It works out to be $62 all in. 😁

I was deciding between this and $260 for a designer frame and Transition Xtra Active lens ($450+ before my discounts).
Doing the same on zenni with the zenni titanium frame comes out to around $180 hence I was considering the designer frame.

Zenni's Blockz transition lenses are a great value. They're slower to darken and don't get as dark as Transition brand lenses, but they're like 70% vs 80%.

Is there any way we can submit claim with VSP?

There is an option to select Zenniopticals but they ask for Phone number and State of Doc.

If your employer's insurance plan that includes VSP allows you to purchase from optical options other than those affiliated with VSP, you can submit your claim. READ YOUR VISION INSURANCE TERMS carefully - plans differ in what they allow. Mine would only cover so much for frames ($50), and so much for lenses -my lenses were more expensive than the plan would cover for lenses ($50). These allowed amounts were MUCH less than what was allowed if I purchased from a VSP-affiliated optician ... but those prices were ridiculously high.

(In the year before, the employer's vision plan didn't allow us to buy outside of the VSP-affiliated opticians. I still bought with Zenni, because my out-of-pocket cost would have been much higher if I purchased from a VSP-affiliated optician.)

Even though I bought frames much cheaper than the max, they didn't shift the remaining amount to cover the amount remaining for the lenses (I wasn't surprised by that, but some people might not understand what their vision plan covers.)

Insurance usually won't cover the shipping fee, or extra cost for coatings on your lenses.

Anyone received your order yet? Wondering how long it will take. Order tracking stuck at a place 2 hours from me for almost a week now.

Pretty sure that is illegal, per federal law. You own ALL of your prescription, you paid for it. The PD is part of the prescription and your medical data. I'd call those people again and say you're gonna make a federal consumer protection complaint and see where that gets you.
There is no federal law regarding PD. There may be at a state level but I don't even see a list of which states do or don't.

It's not that hard to measure it yourself. Plenty of online tips for measuring. Zenni usually even sends you a ruler with your order. Even if you don't feel comfortable measuring, try just asking to pay an extra $20 for it.

You also may want to include the patient's pupillary distance. In some states, you are required to include the pupillary distance.
