After several months of complaining and trying to provide evidence of my troubles, they agree to send me a new one after sending photo evidence of a smashed screen. Unfortunately, this resulted in my not having a TV for some time while I awaited delivery of the replacement. (Not to mention that when I emailed them telling them that I smashed the TV and took the label off, they tried to come back several days later asking me to also cut off the power cord to send to them in the mail. However, I just replied asking them how they could rationally expect that I still have a smashed TV set in my living room several days later. LMAO. I told them that went to the dumpster immediately after taking the picture. Should've asked for that beforehand. Fortunately, they didn't argue with that, and sent me the replacement TV, though.)
I also would like to mention that the replacement TV was actually NOT an equal value set. While they sent the relatively same model number, it was inferior in the features. The original had Fiber-optic sound AND HDMI-ARC compatibility. The replacement only had Coaxial audio and standard HDMI ports. I tried to argue with them on this, and the only thing they agreed to do was send me a rinky dink little Coaxial to Fiberoptic audio converter box. (I was a bit irritated still, though, b/c I was at the time looking to purchase the Roku soundbar because it was supposed to work with my original TV, but the replacement not having HDMI Arc, I had to return the soundbar.)
Now, the TV overall did last me a good while. However, due to the experiences I received trying to handle a Warranty claim with the manufacturer has really convinced me to not ever go with, or recommend this brand to anybody else.
I didn't continue pursuing them on the fact that they downgraded me in the TV replacement, because I just decided to leave it be and settle for the setup I had, and pursue a different maker on my future TV purchase.
Just thought I'd share my experiences on here in case you're like me and want fewer headaches when trying to handle warranty claims and dealing with customer support.

I seriously doubt this TV is HDR anything. More likely it can display HDR formatted content in SDR.
