After ~40 hours run time, both panels look solid to me. Minor banding on 5 - 10% greyscale, which they say is common for OLEDs.
Did the 100% R / G / B / W test and found a single bad blue pixel on one of the two panels. On a 100% blue test image, the dead blue pixel wasn't noticeable when more than ~3 feet away. This panel will end up over a fireplace in living space with a ~12 - 18 foot typical viewing distance… so the dead blue pixel won't be an issue and certainly not worth my trouble to return.
Happy with the purchase so far. Glad I missed out on the 83 Inch C3 BuyDig deal at $1000 more.
