Yes, and I no longer use my dutch oven for bread. This has full steam control so I start out at 100% when baking and then drop to 0 after about 15 minutes to finish out. The crust is significantly better than in the Dutch oven, imo. Thinner and crispier, similar to artisan loaves from a bakery.

I use the oven all the time and have had one since it first came out.

Not to brag, but it upped my bread game and I constantly get compliments and outright surprise that I baked the loaves I give away.

Anyhow, if you bake a lot of bread, it's great.

Proofing also works well, easy to set at whatever temp you like to proof your dough.
I tested this product about a year ago and it was really cool, really expensive but really cool. Home made pizza came out fairly good, better than the oven but not better than a dedicated pizza oven. Frozen pizzas were amazing in this, moist crispy, and cooked great.

Toast is crisp but soft. Veggies can be cooked in this along side a small main course. Not a ton of space in here but enough for 1 person or cooking some sides.

If this wasn't over $400 I would buy this, but at this premium price I can't argue using this over existing items in the kitchen.

Has anyone used this to proof and bake sourdough loaves? Does it really not need any dutch ovens or combo cookers to get that steam and rise?

Been eyeing this for a long time, I currently have a ninja oven xl… I do a lot of chicken, pizza, bread, etc in it. Will I see a significant improvement in these items with this oven?

Apparently it has a wet-bulb sensor which is usually reserved for $10k ovens. This sensor gives it sous-vide precision. Apparently it is excellent with bread and reheating pizza due to the steam generator. It's also quite large compared to air-fryers/toaster ovens, so it can fit say a large roast bird in it.

These are amazing. I have one and use it all the time. I'm spoiled for leftovers at this point now. We throw pretty much everything in it. Makes togo/fast food better than when it leaves the restaurant usually.

Does it have a toast function like a normal toaster oven?

I use mine daily. Does a great job reheating leftovers, baking, steaming and making bacon. I don't have an air fryer but this works great cooking wings, taquitos, etc.

It does not have a toast function, but you could move the rack to the top slot and use the upper heating element to broil each side individually.

I'll be buying another but am waiting for them to come out with a new, improved model. Which they will inevitably do the day after I order a second one. Smilie
