I got this set last time they went on sale for around the same price. Refurbished. They are great for the gym if you want to hear things around you. They stay in your ear well too.
I think a lot of these are refurbished because the batteries do not last long. One ear piece only lasted 4 or 5 months before it would not hold a charge. Then it would work for 5 minutes before dying.
Great ear pods but you may run into battery failure / issues.
Had this issue from some Samsung Galaxy pro's I bought from Best Buy. Worked amazing for only $60 but after a year my battery lasts maybe 2 and a half hours
Though I use mine all the time, I often have to worry about them tumbling out (I have average-sized ears) and use the largest rubber earpieces when using them.
The battery life is just OK and they die after being in ears for about 3-4 hours.
I like their versatility though since using them doesn't deprive me of hearing things. Also when using for calls the other party always compliments about crystal-clear voice quality.
AfterShox bone conduction are still the king of the ambient sound exposure space though.

My experience has been the exact opposite.
