The idea of creating a glass corner on a phone has always been comical. Even if you're rocking Gorilla Glass 20 million, the LED array below it is fragile af. Your glass might survive the fall, but your screen will bust either way.

Flat screens with a shock absorbing edge is the way to go

Bought two for my parents. They were coming off an older iPhone and Samsung Galaxy. I've got a Pixel. These phones are excellent. Very easy to set up, and fast. The charging time is insane. I'd consider one when my Pixel dies. Pictures are great, but my Pixel is slow to do everything compared to these.

I understand the pain b/c I just put a glass one on my P7P. I used the IMBZBK brand from Amazon. It's similar to the Whitestone dome glass one but a lot cheaper. It should start selling one for the 12 soon.
The nice thing about the glass protector is it fits so well that it's almost nonexistent.
