You don't need to contact CS to do anything all can be done through website. I transferred my previous QVC deal to new $1 BYOP Dual Verizon/T-Mobile Sim Kit from Target.

Login to your TF account (with the line to combine/transfer service)
2. Click 'Activate' select Keep Your Own Phone (if transferring current service to Unlocked Device) (Use New Phone option if activating QVC Bundle to get the included plan)
3. Select 'I want to keep my number
4. It will send text to current phone number to verify transfer
5. Select 'I want to use the physical SIM card' to continue.
6. It will prompt for New Sim Card Number and then Phones IMEI (Verizon Sim Locks to Single Phone IMEI) (T-Mobile Sim shows Unknown Device can Swap between devices)

While scrolling thru looking at specs I did get the pop-up for $20 off for new customers. Also a welcome $15 off for new customers visible with code WELCOME 15 is a banner on the site.

Have you used it? I'm using the very same one from the deal that was posted before Christmas and it does everything any other phone does these days with no questions asked. It also has a way better battery life than my iPhone SE 2nd gen and iPhone 12 Mini.

Anyone else having issues with the auto unlock? My 60 days was a few days ago, but my device doesn't seem to be getting the unlock update. I'm on wifi, rebooted multiple times, even done a full reset. But #tfunlock# says "device is Sim locked". I've also called the unlock dept and they said their system shows the unlock was processed on their end. They told me to put back in any TF sim card (I still had the original one even though I xfer'd service to an iPhone after the initial activation). Nothing seems to be helping. Now I'm waiting for someone higher up to get back to me about it, but I'm not holding my breath.

Have you checked the Imei on the tracfone unlock website?

Yes it says eligible, but once I submit the form it just refreshes back to the previous page and I never get an email or any other notice.

Had to call in several more times and now they are saying they can't do anything to fix it, so I need to contact Blu about it! Lol. So that's where I'm at with this. Sent Blu an email today and hopefully they will get back to me with some sort of solution. Not a huge deal I suppose but would be a decent phone for traveling and not have to worry about it being stolen or damaged.

Update: BLU responded...and said to call Tracfone! smh...
