Figured I will multi-quote for everyone wondering. I do not have this PC (so I can not comment on specific parts/performance), but I have exactly this case (Thermaltake Core P1 - now evolved to P3) in black with a 5950X and an RTX3090 Founders Edition, and a full size ATX PSU (this was one of the huge reasons I got it) with an ITX motherboard. Built it during COVID - SFF PSUs were a pain to get, but wanted an ITX setup - hence the compromise. This is my wife's PC.
Dust is definitely an issue. Although it's not really crazy, not any crazier than my daily driver full-tower setup with a Phanteks 719 with a massive amount of airlow thanks to multiple 140MM fans + 420MM all-in-one liquid cooler, and near identical specs (5950x, RTX 3090 Founders Edition, just more RAM and WAY more SAS enteprise storage + multiple NVMEs in a full size ATX board). Enthoo has a lot of filters, and yet, the dust layer with high airflow is almost the same. 3090FE is a bigger dust magnet, more than anything. Dust is significantly lower if you don't have it sitting on the carpet, or better yet somewhere on your desk so something to consider.
It has not sagged at all in 3 years (Jan 2021 build - height of parts shortage... oh my wallet... - but no regrets, it's been a trooper PC)
It is incredibly accessible - one thing I really like about this case, it's an awesome test bed. GPUs can be mounted vertically or horizontally, if you just buy the case separately, it comes with a (3x - but fine for RTX 3090 performance) PCIe riser cable included - works great.
Open air - all the airflow you need, easy to overclock, and is whisper quiet because of natural circulation even a really high loads. I did mine some small amount of ETH for fun with it - and it was the quietest mining rig I have seen after I replaced thermal pads on the 3090FE - out of the box it does almost nothing to cool the RAM chips and would throttle specifically in memory-intensive Ethereum computes, but with modded pads - fantastic card.
The glass is sturdy, mounted well, with rubber gaskets. All the risks and benefits of tempered glass apply, but I have lifted it many times by the metal support beams without any issue. Heck, it survived a 1,500 mile trip when we moved completely assembled, sitting in a back seat of a minivan in nothing but an Amazon box. I did not take the glass off for the move. Go minivans, right?
Edit: attaching the pics of the original non-dusty build
