Stir Fry pan???? For $40, I would prefer to have a a heavy duty Carbon Steel Wok. That non stick coating will eventually wear off and a wok uses high temps to cook that really aren't great for non-stick surfaces. a Carbon steel one will be the last one you buy, making it the last "slick deal" you need to buy
Woks fine for me
Actually it's pronounced "Aluminum"

I'll be honest, I found this brand.. ceramic coating made in Korea.. it's been amazing

But I have a induction stove so unsure if the appeal of willing is to use over flame and can't comment on using this pan over gas flame

I am thinking of just buying another one just to save for down the road… I think its just that good of a pan

This isn't meant to be used as a traditional wok. I've been using a similar "wok" from Calphalon for years. The size and form is great to use when building a large meal. it's probably my most used cookware versus any traditional pan/pot.
