4K = more than meets the eye?
I probably watched this movie more than any. I still occasionally turn it on. Such a good movie.

So I was into Transformers as a kid in the 80's, and I've also been into Weird Al since roughly the same time... yet I've never seen this movie. Does it hold up? Will I enjoy it more than the Megan Fox fanservice reboot?

Widescreen or 4:3? Widescreen cuts off a lot of the movie. Movie was made for 4:3, not 16:9

Yes it holds up. Will you enjoy it more? That's comparing apples to really nice oranges.

That little snot needed a good arse whooping. I also blame him for what happened to Ultra Magnus.

I feel the same way. What gives me hope is getting old and enjoying watching things like a child again 🙂

YES it holds up. Incredible movie. Hard to believe this is 35 years old.

It feels so ahead of its time.
