There is nothing shady about it. It's just a sale on a gift card.

What are the chances of an account being banned using shady funds like this?

Transaction keeps getting "rejected due to a potential risk associated with your payment" (as stated on the website). Strange because I've definitely purchased from them without issue before.

Can't pay using CC or PayPal at end, and had multiple issues with 2FA texts, seems suspicious

Card always gets declined now the first time I try to order through them, but luckily I immediately get informed by my CC company and let them know it's an authorized charge. Then the second time I order it will go through.

I've bought from Eneba many times and the only time I ever had an issue (about a year ago) I had to send them a screenshot for proof and they fixed the issue quickly.

I wouldn't trust Eneba if I were you.
They took my 💳.
Then decide it wasn't enough.
They took my wife's too.
After a month, Eneba emailed me stating that my car was being repo.
Next thing you know Eneba have my house 🏠 title as well.
Now I am fighting them with legals, because when they tried to take my kids away, that's where I draw the line.

All that to save 14 bucks... 😭😂

FYI: I used Eneba a lot. this is a sarcastic way to answer those fools who keeps asking if "is it safe?" and when frequent users like us, tell them it relatively safe, they end up still doubting it. 🥴

Well that was my fault. My CVV code was wrong. Tried again, then got a rejection by my CC but after confirming the purchase is legit, tried again and went through. Just redeemed the gift card. All good.

Worked like a charm, thanks OP! I have a US account, but am not there, and they had me confirm like 3 times that I understood it was for US funds, or alternatively I could request a refund. I thought that was pretty thoughtful. 10/10.
