I have this model and paid $300 more. Even HDMI CEC has been working flawlessly with my Onkyo receiver and Apple TV. I just use the Apple remote for everything.
Unlike some other big name brands, LG supports Dolby Vision which is superior to HDR10 and far more supported than HDR10+ across the industry.
If I had to list negatives it would be the built-in datamining that sends info about everything you watch back to LG. I don't think there's a TV brand left that doesn't do this unfortunately. I forget LG's name for it, but I obviously disabled it (good that it's possible to disable in the software, unlike some budget brands!). Since I use the ATV exclusively, I disable wifi on the TV entirely to completely solve the privacy invasion issue.
LG's WebOS is really great and so is the "Magic Remote" that gives you a motion-controlled pointer on the TV. Definitely recommend!

Is this Amazon price matching the Walmart 77" LG OLEFD tv posted earlieron SD, that has gone back to $2300 at Walmart.
Or is this a better/newer/different tv?
