I definitely didn't qualify as a new subscriber, and they just reconnected the fiber they'd already installed, so I'm not sure if they have a good tracker for this yet. They gave me bonuses at ATT both times, and I actually kept VZ for a couple months without it plugged in because it was worth more in electronic junk than it cost in monthly fees.

Switch is a money pit, it's like buying a house for $1 and spent thousands just to maintain it. Already have it and it's just a paper weight now.

I signed up a week ago and got the modem/router. Speeds look good where I'm at… so far my highest speed test was over 300… and I didn't really try different locations yet (just have it elevated by a window as they suggested).

I can wait for the $200 gift card… but wish there was a way to get the Switch faster. Looks like I'll have to wait until May 23rd, though.

I would try this if it was in my area. I have tried for years to get FiOS and it's not in my area. Now this ..... It uses Verizon towers so I don't see why it's limited. Oh well.... One day?

Seems like the area to claim the offer has disappeared. A few weeks ago when the offer was live there was an area to allow you to claim. Now it's non existent. Seems like a bait and switch here having to need to call customer service about this promotion…

Received an email from Verizon last Saturday (5/11) that my offers were ready for redemption. Like you I clicked on the link and when logged in I could not locate the claim your offer. Decided to wait a few days and Monday (5/16) the offers were present and I was able to claim the Nintendo Switch (delivered yesterday 5/15). I still haven't been able to claim the $200 target gift card. Each time I click on it nothing happens. Call VZ support and they are opening an escalation ticket, luckily the rep said she see the $200 target gift card offer on my account.

Same thing happened to me. Successful redeemed the switch and have a tracking number. But when I try the target gift card or even the laptop it just closes back to the selections screen. I've tried on the app, mobile web, and two desktop browser and all do the same thing for the gift card redemption. Chatted with someone and they had to open a ticket and supposedly would get an email within 7 business days in regards to this. Guess we will see
