love how the largest national chain of burritos (Chipotle) doesn't participate!

They don't want us value-seekers patronizing them. We're too fiscally savvy for their high profit margin business models.

Must be local. The only reward I have is "earn an exclusive badge". Which is worth about as much as a poopy flavored lollipop

They gave out 50K BOGO tuesday and wednesday. There was a specific website to go to and you had to play a little game.

I tried calling to ask if there was a special "National Burrito Day" special. There system will try to get you to place an order. Tried saying "I need to speak to someone" only to be asked by their auto phone what I wanted to order. I finally said "I got sick" and was put through to a live person. I am not kidding, this really happened to me today. They told me that only their burrito was BOGO for today only and that you had to be a Chipotle Club Member.
Burritos, ugh! Very little of the protein and stuffed with and overloaded with hunched-back beans and crippled rice (typical Mexican restaurant garbage filler).

Maybe you got a special offer but the only perk I have is $0 delivery fee which is garbage. I really hope Chipotle struggles during the next recession and is forced to either offer more incentives or close a bunch of stores. The greed of some of these franchises is out of control now.

I'm a club member and see no such offer. Lies. Just a stupid badge for buying a burrito which is "point"less.

Rubio's points expire in 6 months. Unless you buy a lot from them you'll never reach enough points to get anything besides a small side before other points expire. The only time I go to Rubio's is when they offer BOGO or $5 off deals which is about once per month. El Pollo Loco usually only offers me $8 for a chicken avocado burrito. I only go to Chipotle when I have a BOGO or Doordash offers a discount.

Basically $7 out the door is my limit for a burrito.
My local Mexican family mexican restaurant / grocery store sells a burrito as big as a footlong Subway. (A little shorter but much thicker) packed with meat rice and beans. It's worth more than 7 dollars as it can feed 2.

Regarding Chipotle limited bogo offer. I don't think their stores could handle a bogo for everyone. My store could barely handle the 50% off promo they did last time. There was a line wrapping outside the store and an additional 45 min to an hour wait on top of the stated pickup time. I was getting $6 off for that additional time I sat waiting for my name to be called. Meanwhile there were people coming in and ordering at the counter. They walked out in 15 min at regular price.

Yeah, that's why pro athletes went from needing off-season jobs to living like kings after they formed unions, LOL.

You really think if those unions went away, those players would be getting paid anything?
Yes, because supply and demand. Football became very popular and generated more money, So player salaries increased. Mega-contracts started to be offered. "A rising tide lifts all boats." Patrick Mahomes got a $500 million contract. Was that mandated by the union? No. Supply and demand. If you offer something that people find valuable, they will pay for it.

barbacoa at Chipotle is $16.40, good god when did this happen, haven't been in a while. I only go when there's a deal. I guess 1/2 off makes it an OK price.

Doubling the meat makes it $24 EEK!

Nevermind those are delivery prices lol

In Rubio's defense, they offer a decent points program with regular discount coupons and meals.
I agree! I just used the $8.99 Rubio's burrito deal. Hands down better than Chipotle. You get their higher priced $12-14 fish burritos for $9. Not bad!

Sharing my Qdoba experience, it was super easy my only gripe is having to buy a regular drink for $2.75 which I didn't need or want.

Ordered in restaurant, was able to get burrito bowl + quesadilla + drink, scanned Qdoba app = $12.70 out the door.
