I will say that if you're looking to use this for your first-ever pc build…DON'T. It's incredibly complex and will add hours onto your build time. Unlike any other case, this one comes disassembled, like it was designed by IKEA. The manual mine came with was clearly designed to be printed at 8.5x11, but was a quarter of that size. Due to this, the page with descriptions of the 12 screw size's uses was… unreadable.
It's a neat case, each component is SOLID, especially the 4 cylinders that hold the glass, but it's a separate project from assembling a pc. If spending an afternoon just getting the case put together sounds like fun, then this is the case for you at a pretty good price.

id def build a smaller rig in a p3 without hesitation
since it's open, airflow is directly infront and behind the fans. so just the cpu, and gpu might get direct cooling.
that's generally enough, but nvme gets hot these days and may need some indirect airflow.
